Vitamin benefits your mind and body
A vitamin is a compound or substance which is organic, it is one of the 6 essential nutrients that the body needs. There are 13 kinds of vitamins that the body needs and I'll be writing an individual page about each one.
Every vitamin benefits you and a lack of any of these vitamins can lead to illness both mentally and physically. So it just possible that any illness you've suffered or suffering might be linked to vitamin deficiency.
This is why a diet rich with vitamins is very important. I have my own vitamin story that I will share at a later date.
It also should be noted that taking too much of a certain vitamin can lead to medical problems also.

There are two groups of vitamins, water-soluble and fat-soluble. Vitamin C and the Vitamin B's are water-soluble, A, D, E, K are fat soluble, because water-soluble vitamins are not stored in your body as well as the fat-soluble vitamins, it is important to take them consistently.
If you're in country where you have to pay to go a see a doctor or/and free healthcare is not very good then you have to stay healthy.
If you're on a low income then it can be difficult to get all the vitamins you need. The pricing of healthy food in shops I think isn't too helpful, it's cheaper to get a can of beer than a bunch of grapes in some places.
I think the information about vitamins isn't really reaching the masses, I look at countries such as my England and the U.S and they have high rates of heart disease even though they are rich countries, that makes me draw the conclusion that the information isn't really reaching the masses.
I don't see a lot of posters up everywhere or sustained ad campaign on TV. So I think a lot more needs to be done to get that information out there.
