White vinegar is useful for all sorts of things, I've mostly used it to get stains off my clothes, but there are many other things it can be used for and using it to get rid of nail fungus is one of those things. I will be writing about vinegar remedies at a later date.
Depending on the severity of the nail fungus you can apply white vinegar directly to the nail and let it penetrate for a while. Then for further treatment soak it in a bowl of white vinegar once or twice daily.

I suggest drinking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar daily three times a day this may seem like a left field suggestionbut the apple cider vinegar will help detoxify your system which will aid the fight against the nail fungus.
In addition to this also apply the apple cider vinegar to the infected nail two or three times a day. Apple cider vinegar is actually one of the best nail fungus remedies.

Garlic is another great health remedy.
'Garlic contains allicin; it is a powerful antibiotic as well as anti fungal compound.' See allicin facts
Peel the garlic and crush it up and put it on the affected nail, you'll need to keep it in place for a couple of hours, so it's probably best to put on some socks.
An even easier way is to use garlic oil on the infected nail with, you can even combine this with white vinegar.

Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil is used for all kinds of ailments and nail fungus is one of those. See tea tree oil uses for more information about this essential oil.
Dab some tea tree oil on the affected area daily and scrub the nail lightly using a toothbrush. Do this daily.
Baking soda
Mix baking soda with lukewarm water to make a paste, then apply this to the nail on a daily basis.
Vicks VapoRub
Did you know Vicks VapoRub was a natural fungicide? All you need to do is apply the VapoRub to the nail and put a plaster over it, for as long as possible everyday.
